Frequently Asked Questions

1. How long do parts take to complete & ship?

All products are made to-order unless specified. Please allow up to 4-6 weeks for product/order processing as all parts are made to order. Processing times may vary. 

 

2. Where are CarbonPCF parts made?

All parts are produced by me and made in the US! (hence the longer wait times)

 

3. Do you accept returns?

Returns will be permitted within 30 days of receiving date. Products will not be accepted for return or exchange unless the part was incorrectly sent or damaged beyond repair.  CarbonPCF is not liable for incorrect part size or shape being ordered.  In the event of a return being granted, buyer is responsible for packaging the product exactly as it was sent out and returning it, insured, with a major freight carrier. Upon receipt of the product and confirmation of its condition a refund will be issued. Buyer is responsible for all transportation costs for any returns.

 

4. What is the warranty policy?

Warranty will cover all products up to 30 days after receiving the product.

Warranty will NOT apply to:

• Products not purchased directly from us (CarbonPCF). 
• Products that have been damaged caused by abuse, misuse, neglect, or accident; or any damage caused by racing/off-road use/road hazard impact. 
• Products installed incorrectly or for anything other than its intended use.
• Wear and tear, cosmetic flaws, blemishes, fading, discoloration, corrosion caused by exposure to caustic elements, climate/weather, and road conditions.
